It doesn't look much different from Outside, even though the writing on the signs along the road has been contaminated and is difficult to read, because a lot of them were made in the Outside before being put into use in Otherside. It may be difficult for first-time travelers to get used to this, but many people find it to be a particularly interesting part of the cityscape.
