对盗版的态度大抵应该论心不论迹。

下载盗版的行为会让我变成一个坏人吗?或者说事后补买是一种赎罪吗?但消费中古物品的行为并不会给艺术家带来收益。当一个人消费文化的行为并没有给创作者带来好处的时候,那么反对盗版的意义又在哪里。

也许会有艺术家更乐意看见自己的作品在市面上流通,口耳相传,但这并不意味着作为消费者的我有权利消费/传播盗版。

不论某一次特定消费行为能否给创作者带来好处,我们都不该犹豫,这基于的是我们对“正确的事”的共识。

【李如一认为的正确的行为准则】

1、无论创作者如何说,他们更愿意获得的事钱。在力所能及的范围内予以经济回报。

2、在一件作品同时在大平台与作者的个人平台上贩卖时请尽量选择作者的个人平台。

3、记住创作者的个人网站,或者其主要线上居所。提到创作者时请尽量链接到其个人网站,而非大平台的对应页面。

4、如果创作者提供了资助、订阅等选项,请考虑。

5、每个人都有下载盗版的理由,但没有传播盗版的理由。

【关于数字化与存档】

版权法若不能促进文化传承,让没有商业价值的东西消失,我们就必须与之对抗。

最后,不要像巡警一样主动出击,指责他人的盗版行为。但若在与他人的交互中发现了对方的盗版行为也需要告诉对方这是不对的。
